What you can expect

You will be responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of measures to strengthen the employer brand.
You will develop creative marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to attract talent and increase the company's visibility as an employer.
You will create engaging content for various channels (website, social media, job portals) to showcase the employer brand and company culture.
You will analyze the market and competitors to identify trends and derive innovative ideas for recruitment and employee retention.
You will work closely with the rest of the People & Culture team, the Brand Management team, and other relevant departments to ensure a consistent brand message.
You will monitor the performance of the measures and report on successes and optimization potentials.

What sets you apart

You have several years of experience in HR marketing.
You combine your passion for digital communication trends with an understanding of the needs of candidates and employees.
You have a good empathetic sense and can think from the perspective of your target groups.
You can think and act strategically and derive appropriate measures based on goals.
You enjoy working creatively, writing texts, and creating visual content.
As an organizational talent, you are able to approach various projects in a structured manner and with a cool head.
Proactive thinking, teamwork, and self-motivated action are your strengths.
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
